Cancellation policy:

- if you will cancel your reservation untill 31 days before the date of the arrival we will give you back your deposit.

-if you will cancel your reservation starting from 30 days before the date of the arrival we will take the deposit as a penalty.

You can use this deposit into the next 12 months for a new reservation in Podere Villuzza.

Reductions of the reserved number of nights will be considered like cancellation.
With an earlier check out we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount for each reserved room/rooms.
