Once here, Antonella (Reservation Dept., Incoming, Services and Guest Relations Manager) will welcome you and she will be glad to show you the reserved accommodation.



Our six rooms has got private bathroom and own heating. All of them are overlooking on the breathtaking scenario of the Tuscan country; from some of them it is possible to admire the impressive San Gimignano's towers or the evocative hilly landscape.



The two apartments will give you, as well as the rooms, a living room separated from the bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, the possibility of fit up to four adults.

The furnishings are sober and rural, at the traditional Tuscan way, for the maximum of comfort and cleanliness.

Into the rooms you will find towels and sheets.
Towels are changed every two days.
Sheets are changed once a week.
If you use the same towels more than once you will help us to safeguard the environment.
People with special requirements may request more frequent changes when booking or upon arrival.
Additional changes of towels and sheets are free of charge.

Rooms may be occupied from 15.30 p.m. on the day of arrival.

Rooms must be vacated by 10.30-11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
